I love Lily’s Chicken! I’m not sure if they still do it but I remember my mom used to get it for us every Sunday night when we were kids. It was always delicious. I’ve been to the Hilton Waikolao Village Beach Resort & Spa several times now and I’ve never had any problems with their food.

To make the crust, combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the butter and mix until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. To make the filling, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour into the cooled crust. Sprinkle the top with crushed macadamias. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve cold.
