Method

To make skhug sauce, firstly take 2 cups of yogurt and add 1/2 cup of vinegar. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/4 teaspoons fenugreek seeds, 1/4 tablespoons mustard seeds, 1/4 cup of grated coconut, 1/4 cup chopped green chilli, 1/4 cup finely chopped ginger, 1/4 cup minced garlic, 1/4 cup mint leaves, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads, 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon tamarind paste, 1/4 teaspoon asafetida, 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/4 tablespoon lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt,

1 Take a pan and put it on medium flame. Add oil and when hot, add onions. Fry till golden brown.
2 Now add tomatoes and fry until mushy.

3 Now take a bowl and mix together salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, and pepper. Mix well.
4 Now pour this mixture into the fried onions and tomatoes and mix well.
5 Now add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
